HIV Care Partnership serves as an advisory group to the HIV Prevention Group. The San Diego County HIV CARE Partnership is a collaboration of consumers, providers and community members that empowers consumers, shares resources, educates the community, advocates for public policy and plans services for women, children, youth and families living with and affected by HIV/AIDS.

Project MOCHA (Men Of Color Health Alliance) serves as an advisory group to the HIV Prevention Group. Project MOCHA is a coalition based in San Diego County that is working to improve health outcomes and reduce HIV rates among young gay and bisexual men of color and their partners through community partnerships, youth empowerment, and creating structural change.

The Faith-Based Action Coalition serves as an advisory group to the HIV Prevention Group. The mission of the Faith-Based Action Coalition is to engage the faith-based community in order to openly discuss, educate and actively address the needs of people of African descent and others disproportionately impacted by HIV/AIDS in San Diego County.
